Greetings All!Jay and I have been busy getting the house ready to be listed. The ball is rolling now, and Jay has been in touch with the relocation specialist who will be handling the move.
The office in Brampton keeps pushing Jay's starting date back. I think it was moved to the 16th, last we heard. Not that I am complaining, ha ha. He found out that he will have a condo to live in out there, until we move, and he will be flying home weekly.
We went down to the showhomes here in Sagewood, to see what our house is selling for brand new these days. Once you buy the lot and build our house (minus the upgrades and changes we made) it costs $455,000 appox. That makes us very happy. The base price has nearly doubled since we bought our house. We also put in quite a number of upgrades.
