It's 33° C here today, although with the humidex it feels like 40°.Do you know how hot that is?? It's 'make your eyeballs sweat' hot.
Normally I would be basking in all the fantastic heat and humidity, but an unfortunate side-effect of the temperature is that it makes my kids miserable.
This, in turn, detracts from Mommy's general enjoyment of the day, HA HA.
It has however motivated me to search for their inflatable pool, since the rest of this week looks like it's going to be just as hot. Keep your fingers crossed that I can find it and save a little of my personal sanity.
